Returns
- If for any reason you need to return garments these should be returned to: Total Promotions, No 9 Botolph Trading Estate, Oundle Road, Peterborough, PE2 9QP.
- During busy periods please allow up to 2 weeks for exchange. Please ensure that full details of the garment exchange are detailed on the returns form.
- Postage for returns for incorrect sizing will be payable by the purchaser. In the event of a faulty garment please contact us in the first instance.
- ALL EXCHANGES MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 28 DAYS.
- UNFORTUNATELY WE ARE UNABLE TO EXCHANGE GARMENTS PERSONALISED WITH YOUR LOGO UNLESS THEY ARE FAULTY.
- Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges. We would advise to return your items securely, ideally using a 'signed for' service as we cannot be held responsible for the fate of any goods held in transit. If you do not have a proof of delivery we will be unable to issue a refund or replacement.
